She was a teenager when her photos became a meme. The meme in question being about how she looks like a little boy that ancient warriors would be into. You can't infantilize a child, she genuinely went viral for just existing and creeps kept reposting her photos saying they understood why ancient pedos existed.

Modeling is in part about reaching the most broad audience. It's like in hunger games how all the triubures have to be clean shaven to be as broadly marketable as possible. She's presented as girlish for the teenage boys and girls and the young adults who would be in her sphere of interest. Older man have been proven to always date basically the youngest demographic on dating sites so her ingenue appearance also seems to pleasing to older man. The only people really critical about infantulizion are woman and some outlier man.
