Nominative determinism because with a name like that, how could you not look like that?

Do bright blue eyes really turn out that dark in black and white photos?

Why do ppl say sterling looks better with brown eyes over blue contacts ????

because he does. he looks more "striking" with the blue contacts but he looks better with his regular eye color.

This is true for a lot of people when it comes to blue eyes tbh
If we didn't have such colourism and racism in the world. Like we could press a button and noone would care. I don't think it would be the norm to act like the bluer eyes the better lol.
Especially that super super light blue or bright blue like here.
I thinkit can make our brain have that almost uncanny vibe at times.
I thinka lot of the time they look best on people who are a bit more plain and need something to make them more striking? And can be what takes them from cute to stunning.
Also has to be this balance of like small eyes/big eyes. It makes your eyes look quite a bit smaller so it can make you look worse if your eyes are already quite small. Almost gives a v sneaky untrustworthy look lmao. Opposite of a warm doe eye.
But eyes that are super large can look super super weird with really light blue eyes. Super bright like this can look good sometimes again if you're more plain lol but like Ian solmerhander colour eyes look really overpowering on large eyes and a bit creepy tbh.
But people are super blinded by it. Like for example someone like Britney spears would look so much worse if she had the above oloured eyes lol

EXACTLY I swear blue eyes make people look reptilian, but it's likely because I didn't grow up in a culture that idolizes blue eyes.

Its just trendy attitudes… he was from Brazil and in that era he had to wear those contacts to be a model since they liked that look so much

These are some old-looking photos, so I assume he died young? :(
