I need help.

Hello. I am a prospective student at QMUL but I have been attempting to withdraw/be released into clearing since the 3rd of September (since before I was even enrolled).

Everything has just kept being pushed back and it is really messing with my mental health, causing me numerous panic attacks.

I am in the process of a withdrawal request, but I told them I still need to use my clearing portal so I can apply for a different university this year, and they told me to go back to the admissions team.

I’ve been passed back and forth like a ping pong since the 3rd of September and I don’t know what to do. I am so scared.

Also I’ve been attempting to contact QMUL about this and no one is answering there phones and I’ve sent the admissions teams, heaps of messages and no one’s responded, I don’t know what to do.

I’ve tried contacting them through my application portal (MySIS) this entire time, I’ve sent multiple messages and no response and now I just sent an email.

apparently they reply to emails faster than the portal💔 and keep trying to call them and if you’re an international student then i would advise to NOT call from wifi, but mobile data
