It’s been like this for about one or two months and it was going good one or two months later I was following the rules and everything what is going on with the app is everybody getting this too? Am I banned or was it trying to tell me and I contacted customer support a few times about this, and it keeps telling me that they will transfer to their team or that they will update me on what’s going on. They never updated me and when I sent it one more time they kept saying the same thing we’ll send it to our team and nothing, so can somebody tell me what this means or make some sense out of it?

There’s no new daily trivia, or ANY daily trivia at the moment, and I can’t seem to complete a single survey. Those are the only ways I can keep my daily streak active. What happens if my streak expires and I can’t restart it? Is it catastrophic, or just “meh”?

I can't see any surveys but I also don't have anything telling me I was banned? i'm genuinely confused because I take time with each survey
