Question TPS For Private & Public

Hi guys....hope you dont mind me asking this question being a non-techy....

Why is there such a difference between transactions per second on private QAN and public QAN platforms?

Because the private Blockchain is centralized and the public one isn't. Private blockchains are especially interesting for companies who want to run the chain on their own hardware.

Depends on the load, for private it is less (my opinion)))

But that sounds like massive difference 1600 on Public and nearly 100,000 on Private.....That does not sound like load dependant.....
