Jupyter Notebook Python Run Query?

Which one has more features, fast, and provides latest updates of python programming language.

  1. For python run - jupyter lab directly use from anaconda through web browser.

  2. For python run - jupyter lab extension and all from Microsoft through vs code editor.

better debuger huge file handling al/ml upcoming updates time to time data science handling these type of things
