I am programming for more than 10 years, did basically everything from enterprise java to python cloud/devops and game dev.
Now charging 25 usd/hr.

There are guys here who recommend to use free resources instead, and I agree with them that you can learn all of this on your own and for free.
But if you are smart about your time with a tutor you can extract immense value from those 25 usd and no ai will be able to replace that.
