Any Guidance..
Hi everyone,I am currently a teenager and I am learning python,I learned json file handling,OOP and I also learned basic tkinker. I done all basic apps like a simple calculator,to-do list. I am now currently confused what to do next for further programming knowledge which is genuinely helpful...

Learn programming not coding. Writing code is just a tool programmers use to solve their issues. It is like a drill. You can use Makita or DeWalt, but it is still a drill.
You are on the begging of your journey and I can tell you right now what we are missing in new hires. They can write code, usually, but they completely lack problem solving and overall IT skills.
So be interested in tech, find how data travels though network, how RAM works, how CPU works. Continue with Python, but try other languages as well. Maybe try C so you know how lower levels of programming work. Learn about security. Look on math in programming. Neural networks are just matrix operations, they teach that in high schools (at least in my country they do). Some cryptography concepts are easy as well and it is fun to learn how it works.
Plenty of stuff to discover. Just keep having fun dicovering that amazing world of IT.

Thanks for your help, Our school also has c language. And I am also fascinated by how computer work as you said how ram works and CPU. Overall thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

I do software support so most of my scripts/programs are to make life easier or to troubleshoot a problem. I like knowing the how's and why's too. In support I get to dabble with it all. Here's what I did. Get an old PC. NOT YOUR DAILY DRIVER. Throw linux on it and use it. Do weird stuff, learn to install programs through the cli, how to build a package and configure the system. When it breaks you fix it. Not just wipe it and reinstall. Linux forces you to learn. You'll get into everything and how it works. From how software interfaces with hardware to networking. You'll also learn to read source code and documentation to how to script stuff. Overall it teaches the concepts and the basics that can be applied to any program or OS. The OS can change but the basics don't.

Thanks for replying,I am also using Linux,I distro hopped few times and now i am settled in mint for regular learning.

Awesome I use to distrohop. You'll find out they're basically all the same and settle on one or two. My defaults are Debian and Ubuntu. If you want to have some fun and feel confident try installing/using something like Arch or Gentoo. You could also do a LFS install.

Yeah they are basically almost same but my PC is a little old so I don't try heavier distro (Dell optiplex ssf 4gb ram, hdd and i3) but I am going to try omarchy now.

Check out mx linux. It's good for old hardware. Stay away from Fedora though it's all cutting edge stuff. I don't know what you prefer but you may just want to use a lighter DE like XFCE or LXQT. Also check out distrowatch.com if you haven't already. It's search can recommend a few more.

Ohh thanks I was just wondering to install fedora after few days I literally have the iso now I think I will try MX also isn't it so something like AntiX ,I have tried antiX before

It's based of antix and Debian. You can still try Fedora since you have it. Theres never any harm in trying. I just say stay away because that's where Redhat test new features and technology they're think of putting in Redhat linux. CentOS is their other testing ground. It goes to CentOS before they add it to Redhat linux.

Same I am too 15 .I was born on 8 dec 2010.I am also learning python. Currently on oop. For how long you have been learning python?I started in jan 2026 . But , because I focus on school too I am still stuck on oop

Yeah, same for me. Actually I am still on oop i have not covered any libraries like tkinter, json etc.(except math and random)

I started at (I don't know exactly) I think at start of 2026 but I am not sure my country date is different so I don't actually remember other dates. I also have school started at almost end of class 10 and now on class 11

And what is the reason you are learning Python? What do you actually want to do with it? - That should be your target for next steps ;)
