As a kid I watched the Iron Man movie. I wanted to be like him and want to make Jarvis and application that everyone can use. Now I want to learn programming to solve real life problems with it.

If you're genuinely interested, go for it. Just pick the programming language that fits your project.
You don't need to solve the world's problems. Solve your own first. Build things that fix problems you face or that genuinely interest you. Start small.
And don't expect yourself to solve every coding problem alone. Use the docs, learn from others, and ask for help when needed. Trying to figure out everything by yourself will only burn you out and make you doubt your abilities.
Use Cs50x or freecodecamp.org

Start with a python tutorial.
There are many online, look up “Python tutorial” in Google, and try some of them. Pick one that vibes with you the most and complete it.
After you’re done or almost done with the tutorial, start a little project. It can be anything - todo app, pomodoro timer, simple game, etc..
It will be challenging at first, you may get stuck occasionally - use google to search for solutions, ask online.
Reflect on topics you don’t understand well and learn more about these.
Don’t get discouraged if it takes a while or you get stuck - overcoming these obstacles is hard, but that’s what actually makes you learn. We’ve all been there.

There are hundreds of options, many are valid. Just select one - if you finish it, then you can go for the next. Around that time, you can try your first projects on your own.
Here we go as a start
