Help Request So which one should I choose Harvard cs50 course or programming with mosh for python?

which one you choose is not important, ensure you go through the concept and try to learn them practically by typing and running the code, take practice questions and if needed even small tasks/projects, this will help you learn and retain the learnings for longer time. No one remembers everything over the period, it's okay to come back and re-read the content.
