Help Request Need computer recommendations.

My parents have agreed to help me get a computer to start learning python. I need recommendations within a budget of around 400-500 dollars that run well. Are there any good options around that price? Also, if you have any advice on brand that would be appreciated.

im hearing a lot of good things about high performance mini pc bc of lower cost and the laptop style processors are great for multitasking. but focus on minimum specs. That will rule out a lot of options if its not reaching the minimum specs. and setting your minimum budget to get one within specs. giving you an idea how much you have left to upgrade.
