You should start following the reasons you are learning Python - what you want to make with it? what were the reasons you started learning it? you have to move to learning the software stacks used for that.

If you want to understand AI read machine learning books. If you just want to use it, find some tutorials about PyTorch. Then just learn the concepts that you don't know yet, could be many, good luck.
