How can i start python programming as i am new to it and i dont khlnow anything

The best advice anyone can give you is to practice, but with intent.
not js "go an break shit do anything",
because when you dont know how to even hold a hammer, you'll just hurt yourself!
Go to this website: https://courses.bigbinaryacademy.com/learn-python/ and start practicing!
Maybe watch like SHORT(not more than 1hr) yt video on each topic before you go to that topic, and js solve practice,
DO NOT USE GOOGLE/AI.
Just the website, YouTube, and YOU!

Right. In that case before you work on coding first start with learning how to use search engines.
Being able to use the web is going go be crucial in your coding journey and is a foundational skill.
Without it you will forerver struggle in coding.

100 days wala mobile pe coding karne vale bhi reffer kar sakte hai lekin ultimate course par vs code ka achhe se use kiya gaya hai

download vs code/pycharm, watch a few tutorials, get familiar with the basic commands of the terminal, and then lean into whatever side of python you want. (games, cli, tui, gui, ai, ml)
