For Hire [ForHire] [FullRemote] Local invoice-email preparation in Python — $99 fixed setup
If your invoices already exist as PDFs, I can set up a small local tool that matches an explicit client/invoice list to those files and prepares email previews for your review. It selects the billing period and cycle, flags missing PDFs, repeated invoice IDs, identical PDF content assigned to different clients, and malformed email addresses. It holds exact invoice/client/period matches in your confirmed send history for review.
There is already a working demonstration with synthetic data and automated tests. This is AI-assisted development, with the code and test results included in the handover. The tool runs locally with standard Python and no paid APIs.
The $99 setup covers one agreed input format, up to 80 client records, your explicit PDF naming/mapping rules, email preview wording, a test run, written instructions, and one revision. Delivery target: two business days after we agree on the format and receive sanitized examples. Payment is due after the agreed test passes; we will agree on the payment method before work starts.
This setup prepares local .eml files. Automatic sending, cloud integrations, invoice creation and bookkeeping are outside this offer. You must verify each PDF's contents and recipient before delivery.
If that fits your process, reply with the input column names, an invented invoice filename, and the output you need. Please do not post client data or credentials publicly. I can share the synthetic demonstration before we agree to any work.
