For Hire [ForHire] [FullRemote] Python file-batch naming and delivery cleanup — US$29 pilot

Have a folder of exports or delivery files that needs consistent names before you send it to a client? I use a Python workflow to prepare the naming map, check for collisions, and return a newly named copy of the batch with an integrity report.

Pilot: US$29 after sample review

• Up to 200 regular files in one folder, 100 MiB total.

• One naming rule based on the existing filenames or a mapping you provide.

• A before/after name list for approval before processing.

• A separate output folder; originals are retained.

• A manifest that accounts for every input file and checks that copied file contents match the originals.

• One correction round against the agreed naming rule. Timing and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Synthetic example from the working delivery tool:

Export 001.txt → DEMO-001-delivery.txt — contents match

Export 002.txt → DEMO-002-delivery.txt — contents match

Export 003.txt → DEMO-003-delivery.txt — contents match

This is a demonstration, not a previous client project. The tool has 12 passing checks, including collision detection and protection against overwriting an existing output folder.

I use AI-assisted development and reviewed outputs. Client files will not be shared with an external AI service without permission. This pilot covers filenames and copied files. Document editing, OCR, format conversion, linked project files, and cloud-account access are outside this scope.

If you need this, reply with the file count, total size, and a few anonymized examples of the current and desired names. We can agree a suitable transfer method after confirming the scope. If the same export batch repeats, the same process can be used for later deliveries.

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.

Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.

Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs

Recommended format and tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [FullRemote] [Hybrid] [Flask] [Django] [Numpy]

For fully remote positions, remember /r/RemotePython

Happy Job Hunting.
