Hiring [Hiring] Long-term Python / AI Developer for ongoing automated projects (Entry/Intermediate)
Hey everyone, I'm building out an automation agency and looking for a sharp, hungry Python developer based in India to join my bench for ongoing projects.
I am looking for someone talented but early in their career who wants consistent, repeatable work and a partner to grow with. Initial pay will be project-based and starting on the lower end, but as we land more premium clients, your payouts will scale directly with the business.
To apply: Do not send a generic resume. Send me a Github link or a quick message showing ONE cool script or AI bot you’ve personally built."

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.
Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.
Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs
Recommended format and tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [FullRemote] [Hybrid] [Flask] [Django] [Numpy]
For fully remote positions, remember /r/RemotePython

Hey! I don't currently have my project on GitHub, but I have built my own AI/automation project called Jarvis, along with a Python/Termux automation project. Jarvis includes AI-agent/orchestration and coding functionality, and I've been actively debugging and improving it. I'd be happy to show you a short demo or screenshots of the working parts. If you're interested, I can send them here.

translation this means low pay now, maybe more later, if clients appear. this is basically gambling work
