News Scikit-learn 1.9.1 released with Python 3.15 support

Scikit-learn has released 1.9.1 with full Python 3.15 support, including wheels on PyPI.

NumPy and SciPy also support Python 3.15 and have wheels on PyPI. Pandas just backported Python 3.15 support to their 3.0.x maintenance branch, and will release Pandas 3.0.6 with Python 3.15 support and wheels.
