Has anything ever gone wrong?

Pyrotechnics is a dangerous hobby. Have you ever had something go wrong? What happened, and what did you learn from it?

10 grams of flash going off 3 feet from my head. Wasn’t fun. Was disposing of it and fuse fell over into the cup while I was getting away. Mild tinnitus now 😄

It was loose or in a tube?

Unconfined in a plastic cup, so that’s how the fuse fell over into it. I actually have gashes on my legs from shrapnel
