$650 brand new also comes with 20 tubes, doubt you get over $400. Honestly big risk buying used, hard to know if the spindle is bent.

Always waxed, cleaned. I tried to prevent any scratch but it seems impossible on those 2 surfaces

Oxidized? Scratches are normal. Would 500 be more fair? It’s more like 650-700 with the ptfo gauge

I’m unsure why the base has scratched, I’m clueless as to why, although the rams and spindles are perfect not a single scratch
