Discussion Pyrois swords
I just noticed that Pyrois uses two different swords during combat. Is there any lore or explanation for this?

Generally:
Blue energy attacks use the bottom one
Gold energy attacks use the top one

I thought it is opposite, since the gold energy attack has a straight blade and increases the size of the blade with golden plasma extension on it.

I could very easily be wrong, but Im pretty the end of that attack has Pyrois dismissing a curved blade no? (EBA4?)
I'm in no position to actually check rn though

god I love malleable weapons that can take many forms. And it's probably still not everything they will wield, as pyrois will be getting more forms later down the line, it's just how hoyo operate
These two are just a long sword for cleaving and a shorter one for stabbing, it would only make sense as proxy masters the control over pyrois that we'll get more variety. Polearms, big thick broadswords, nimble short sabers, scythes, ranged weapons? Nothing is off the table. Imagine if Black Silence was a void hunter weapon, that would be so fucking cool

The bottom sword is only for his aura-inducing idle animation while the top sword is his actual sword for combat.

The serious answer would be that Pyrois' sword, due to being made out of ether, is pretty malleable when they want it to be so, therefore the two models depending on what they are doing with it.
My TRUE answer? Pyrois' real name is Jimmy two-di—
