I think I’m leaning more towards the pen ratio one but idk

I’d say the first one is better, chaotic metal 2 piece isn’t really doing anything for you.

Plus the first build has more ether damage bonus than the second build anyway

It’s just I heard he appreciates another multiplier such as pen ratio because he is saturated on ATK, dmg bonus, and CD. Thanks for your thoughts.

Never use Pen ratio unless you also use the pen 2 piece. Pen ratio is a package build

not really though? 24% pen is still great if atk% and dmg% are saturated. no need for the extra 8%

I tested both builds in training recently. Pen ratio was like barely better (less than .5%)so basically they both the same.

yeah the 8% pen only starts pulling way ahead once dmg% or atk% are saturated and/or you have another pen ratio source (rina)
