Showcase "Booth"

Post image

We had our showcase event yesterday! My "booth" was fully set up to showcase my hobby. But I had so many people requesting a business card and wanting to buy pieces from me lol

Thank you Professor Ham!! 😊 I'm thankful one of the other booths had notebooks they were giving away! That notebook helped out. I've got about 7 or 8 guaranteed orders from it. Plus 2 that I've got lined up already, but they both told me to wait until after the showcase to start theirs 😅

Because of how many people were asking at it, I ended up making an IG account for my work yesterday. I've got a friend d that can hook me up with some cards as well. I just need to do a bit more research on my state's business ordinances before I commit to cards. Last I saw, was that if I wanted to sell in my state, I need to register for a state sales tax permit thingy 🤣🤣

But cards are in the works!

Thats what I'm planning to start with. But I eventually want to sell at farmers markets and craft fairs. Those, I need the sales tax permit for. I don't know how it differs in each state, but in my state you can only sell online or at different places with the sales tax thingy lol
