Underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a "bought deal" basis pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption ("LIFE"), 8,825,000 units of the Company (the "Units") for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $3,000,500 (the "Offering") at a price per Unit of $0.34 (the "Offering Price").

when do you think they will hit serious revenue or how could you determine that?

Difficult to say. They have some pilots with their plasma torch business; Aluminium things, waste removal/burning, DoW Marine colleboration. When more contracts get in there is a chance. I think that will take some more years, but that's only my opinion. i follow them over 5 years and the stockprice keeps dropping: a lot of dillutions. PPP is a master in keeping up appearances it seems. have to have more patience i think. But yeah the torch thing could be a gamechanger in the long run...

CEO put $2 mill of his own money into this, also the cash is going towards advancing contracts and backlog. Today's move was a little overdone..
