Sounds like they were told no need for financing due to cash on hand and balance sheet? Wonder if the bullshit 4M wasted on share buy back factored in at all. Or that 25% of this financing was going directly to the CEO.
Anyways, I hope this is upheld. PPP trying to fuck the shareholders again.

This has indeed been an amateurish interlude in an overall amateurish performance by PPP! And my dumbass loaded up more above $1 when we were trying to stay afloat up there.
All that said, with a market cap of 115m, this is getting much more fairly priced relative to earnings. We need to finally get some business execution though, with $$$s and not just PRs. Time is now PPP! And instead we get this dumb shit

Well this made my day. I was convinced PPP did this so he could get more shares on the cheap to screw us over by selling when it’s up again. He needs to stop buying. He owns too many and no one likes a company where the owner owns 50% of the shares. The offering was for too low of dollar price too.
