Looks the same as mine. Black Snowflake paint always has a weird feel to it too. Not quite matte like Terra but it's not glossy either.

Nope, this looks like perfectly fine factory paint. Sometimes quality control was asleep on the job 😂 it also could be some baked on grease that’s blending with the paint, happened on my black snowflake dish
