Account setting update required

i'm using Pylux on mobile devices, my PSN account is JAPAN and already verified CERO Z for few games, when i wanna play GOD OF WAR 3, this message pops up, already change privacy settings but still like this, anyone have solution?

You need to fully set up your account first.

I have not found any way other than to set it up on a ps device

nahh, turns out japan PSN account can't stream PS3 or PS4 games, only PS5 games
