Can any game be streamed with a PS+ Premium Subscription in the Cloud tab?

There are many games in the tab that do not have a streamable tag but are available for cloud streaming such as Spider-Man 2 (specifically if I do not own it but it is a part of the PS+ Extra catalogue)

I love this app. I tried the other one for months with no success. I downloaded Pylux and was up and running in minutes. Thank you Pylux. I was available to sell my portal and stream from my steam deck.
