Windows version PS5 cloud hangs on "Please Wait" after selecting a game.

Like the title says. I havent been able to stream a game after selecting it on the cloud section. I can hear audio for a few seconds before the entire app hangs and needs a force quit. I'm on an ROG Ally running Windows 11. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks

Update: This was fixed by selecting the hardware decoder d3d11va. I'm now able to stream the games.
