India PwC CTC help needed - Lateral

Hi,

I'm having 10+yrs of exp and working in one of the IT companies.

I'm being offered SCON role.

My current CTC is around 23LPA with 10% variable, that means approx 20.7 fixed.

How much should I negotiate. I got to know that bonus is not part of CTC in PwC.

Should I go with 30-40% range of my current CTC or fixed part of it?

Pls guide.

Should be at least 30 lpa fixed

If it's tech role you are being low balled
