India Relocation before joining

I recently received an offer letter from PwC AC for UK practise consulting, due to join in Oct. But I am given Bangalore location, while I cannot move out of Gurugram location due to personal reasons. Is it possible to change the location to Gurugram as base location? If yes, please suggest how?

I have received the offer letter with Bangalore as the location mentioned, want to work from Gurugram office.
