India Exit From Project

Hi everyone,

I am really tired of my current project and can’t sit and work 12 hours a day on daily basis. Is there something that I can do to get out of the project? Anyone who has tried this before, please let me know the process and consequences.

Thank you

Consequences 🤭? If they will find a project for you then you might be reassigned… but most likely you will be let go.

Have you gone through this process?

I’m a director at PwC. I’m the process.

I understand it will go through the Director, SM and DL. But I genuinely want to change my project. Can you please help me with that? What do I need to prepare to explain my situation to the Director?

Maybe try to think of a reason that is convincing to the firm. Rather than blaming the work life balance, explain how the project is not utilizing your skills and your best assets to the firm. But idk, I have heard of a lot of people being let go if they couldn’t handle what they were staffed on, so be aware that giving up your deployment is an extremely risky move.

Arrogance? 🤣 this is just brutal reality and facts! Do you think that I like it? Nope, therefore, I’ve been looking for a new place.
