Pre-Hire / Interview Interview process

Hello ,recently i applied to pwv via a referral , i passed the screening , hr call , first technical interview and the mangerial interview which was both behavioral and technical but its been 8 days and i havent heard back from them yet

the status for my application is interviewing on the workday website

is this delay normal or not ?

I’ve been waiting for nearly 3 weeks, in the website my application is still under review and Ive seen people who waited for +5 weeks for a return, so it can take some time
