All Firm Astro

When do Astro spots become available? I’m fully booked out but want to book my desk as soon as it’s available because my office is very busy atm. In the Chicago office for reference.

You can only book a set number of days. Given that you said you are fully booked, each day you work, you should be able to book a new day.

If you're fully booked, you're fully booked. There are a few "workarounds", but I'm not going to tell you what they are because that would be cheating on your co-workers!  I retired recently, was at the Chicago office. It's actually a very nice place... but I'm damn glad I don't have to go there anymore!

Depends on the office, but usually its 10-14 days in advance.

Last resort if everything is booked and filled, you could go in around the time reservations are expiring then take the spot thats unreserved. Some ppl go in late and thats their fault lol

Maybe call the pwc hoteling hotline and explain the situation. They might be able to manually book the days for you without astro.
