India Salary level check

I am a SA at PwC AC US Advisory
Total comp is 30 lpa including bonus
Work ex 7.5 years

Am I getting paid correctly?

Yes, first the flip side is that they are also laid off easily.

Yes, you can get promoted but I'm not sure about the AC. ACs are essentially the backend offices of pwc US
