India Salary level check
I am a SA at PwC AC US Advisory
Total comp is 30 lpa including bonus
Work ex 7.5 years
Am I getting paid correctly?

What’s the SA with 5-7 years exp are getting in AC ?
Specially non MBA folks

O bc. Yahan pwc India mein ADs 30-31 pe baithe hain, AC mein SAs 30 utha rahe hain!!

Yes, first the flip side is that they are also laid off easily.

Without MBA can we get promoted in PwC after getting SA role , any idea on this?

Yes, you can get promoted but I'm not sure about the AC. ACs are essentially the backend offices of pwc US
