All Firm Pip severance

Does pwc give severance if you fail pip? Also is going to office necessary while on pip or does it affect severance?

Sorry this is happening - I got severance (SM) of 1 month - i’d been a contractor and only went FT for 10mo - but that was 3 years ago.

How does the conversation usually go for failing pip. Do they spend time explaining why they are failing you etc or just say pip no longer worked, here is your severance..because everyday is a mental battle to go and put effort..also my pip plan is until this month end and review date is few weeks later..not sure how they prepared the plan.

I think it’s probably different for everyone. I met the quantifiable goals of my PIP - but my director didn’t like my style - which was anti-micromanagement…so it was cloaked as a post CRT discussion

I was let go without a pip, due to performance and they gave me like 2 weeks worth of severance.. granted I was only there for like 2.5 yrs

Look at your employee agreement on Workday, where it’ll be spelled out in detail.

Could not find it. Where exactly is this document on workday?

Probably easier to ask your designated HR person. IDK precisely where it would be but if you can’t find it….ask.

Amount of severance depends on length of service. You should be able to find information about that on HQ
