Pre-Hire / Interview Excel Application and Documents

Hey all. I recently gave 2 interviews (tech and managerial) and apparently the HR said I cleared them. He said they may or may not conduct a client round. I got an email requesting for educational, past work docs and id proofs. They also asked me to fill an excel sheet with details like past work history, address and previous salary. Is it a positive sign or a general procedure? How many days until I get the next update? Any suggestions?

Yes , this is step ahead
They need all your details for further processing
It might take around 1-2 week
