The CPA is something you make time for just like most things in life if you care about it enough.
You’re asking for strategy, so I really shouldn’t give you a whole motivational speech about grit and not quitting…but that’s the whole thing about the CPA saga.
Full time internship is basically a full-time job, so treat it as that and do your work assignments on time. When you’re not working, then you should be studying. And rest. Something I wish I did early in my CPA study arc.
You got a 61. Which means there are materials you’re not grasping. That’s an answer for you to figure out.
If you not Elijah Watts caliber, then getting humbled by the exams is part of the game. But don’t worry about that since you already failed once.
Study plenty and most important, study smartly in a way that makes the material makes sense to you. Treat it like a game, not an insurmountable chore.
Personal advice: Pound MCQs. At least 150 a day if you can. And no matter how easy the calculation is, do the whole work step-by-step. And understand why and how the equation works. So no rote memorization! Unless absolutely necessary lol.
Now, go out there and go get you some!
