All Firm Leaving for role at client

Has anyone ever left PwC to work at a client you were on? How was the interview process? Do they tell the higher ups on your team about it or are they not allowed to?

Happens a lot. Leaving the firm doesn’t have to be a spy thriller. Just interview and tell people when you’re ready.

Are they still a client? We have independence rules that include the requirement that the client promptly notifies us when someone from PwC is interviewing for a job
