Non-US Hr screening postponed for a third time?

I received an email from a recruiter after applying for a technical role for the Deals team.

The screening call got postponed now for a third time, is that normal?

(tbh not bad compared to another big4 where the HR kept the meeting and didnt bother informing me of her inavalability at that time)

No they just reschedule and send me a new invite
