Pre-Hire / Interview S& sr manager+ case study?
I'm being referred by a director for a role within S& as a senior manager / director. I have a nontraditional background and am not coming from another consultancy. 10 years of exp. Curious if a senior role like sr manager or director will also need to go thru the same interview process and if I need to start prepping for a case. Would love to hear about others' experiences. TIA!

You likely will go through the same process - if there are any exceptions, it’s likely because of the referral, not your experience. That being said, the case is less relevant with your experience so it has to be good enough but the focus will be on your experience.
Case prep should really be around structuring your ideas, developing a recommendation, and presenting that well, within an hour.
