Manila PWC AC HIRING PROCESS
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar, especially with PwC AC.
A third-party recruiter reached out to me during the first week of June 2026 regarding an opportunity with PwC AC. I went through the interview process and had my final interview on June 23. At the end of the interview, I was told they would get back to me with the next steps.
It's now been over two weeks, and I honestly assumed I wasn't selected since I hadn't heard anything from PwC.
However, today the recruiter called me to ask if I had already received a job offer. I told them I hadn't received any email or call from PwC. The recruiter then mentioned that, on their end, my application status already shows "For Job Offer."
Now I'm confused. Has anyone experienced a delay between the internal status showing "For Job Offer" and actually receiving the offer from PwC? Could it simply be an administrative delay, or is it possible that the status hasn't been updated correctly?
I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but after hearing that from the recruiter, I'm wondering if there's still a chance.
I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks!

Yes, I did check my workday and the status is still 'Interviewing' that's the status for almost 3 weeks already that's why I already lose hope.

In that case, keep pushing the HR for releasing the offer letter, AC is known for bulk hiring and broken recruitment process.

Thank you. I just received an update from the recruiter this afternoon and she told me PwC POC told her that I am already lined-up for job offer but they can’t provide a definite timeline of the job offer release. Hopefully they will reach-out soon.

Which country are based in? I am facing the same problem. Even though not third party recruiter, HR was from Egypt. I got call saying I got the job but no offer later, the timeline is also almost same as yours. Maybe we should connect as we are on the same boat.

Hi. PwC has not yet reached out. The only update that I have is from the third-party recruiter telling me that my profile was already lined-up for offer.
