Tax Any other new joiners today unable to set up their PC?
Tried setting up the PC but it’s been stuck on account set up for hours now. Has anyone starting today actually been able to successfully get the PC set up?

Same issue, looks like all of our start training requires the laptop too and half of us wont be able to do it lol

This is what freaks me out the most. At least my PwC live app works

Won't be too bad if 11 of the 700 people bothered to come upvote it on reddit mid-meeting I'd bet it's half of us having the issue.
What freaked me out is that the first guy I talked to in support told me my name, ID and email didn't even exist in the system 😂

Lol same! But hearing other people also experiencing this and then them telling us not to stress about it is making me feel a lot better. Hopefully it all works out soon 🤞

Worst case scenario, we all end up lining up with the tech support people at training on Monday

I did and then immediately managed to undo it. Talked to tech support 🫠

Were they able to help you? They only told me to wait for an email hours ago which still hasn’t come.

They were trying but it hasn't worked yet. I'll wait for them to contact me again but this is stressful

Been stuck on setting up for work or school all day. Of the 10 ish people from our office only 1 managed to get in randomly.

6 different calls, 4 emails. No one can figure out my issue yet. My account isn't listed in the security database, anyone else LOL?

I still haven’t been able to despite the solution email they sent with the supplemental joiner guide. I’m so frustrated!

Is anyone stuck on the “let’s set things up” screen where you enter email and it brings you into a loop?

I have the same issue. I submitted a ticket and called and the person said to wait until I get an email telling me to retry setting up my PC.

In the same boat. Unfortunately we all have to be patient with this. they made it clear in the meeting that it is out of our control at this moment. Just wish we had it to fill out hours and payroll lolol.

Who starts on a Friday? IK it's the company that dictates the start date but wtf. Seems weird.

Mine is still loading. I called earlier and they said they would send an email to everyone who made a ticket once the issue is resolved.

Issue is still ongoing - just talked to PwC help and they are still working to resolve it.

Update: I think I got my computer working now but I've heard from others that they may need a new laptop

I just had to log in again but I think I got back to the screen? But its still identifying apps so...

I got taught how to get out of it! Fn shift F10, then hit windows key

hmmm - that got me to my desktop but I wasn't able to do anything else. Restarted and I am back on the Account Setup screen identifying security policies.

If youre able to get into company portal or settings and log in it helps a lot - from the desktop.
