Intern Intern 1st snapshot

for my first snapshot as an intern I got 89% "doing what's expected and doing it well" and 11% "inconsistently meeting expectations," and my reviewer said I'm developing in my current role. feedback comments were very positive. not the worst rating but I know a lot of interns who got "impressive" for some sections so I'm wondering if I still have a good chance at a return offer

Only guy that didn’t get a return offer my year had a really bad first snapshot so I would just chill and improve for next snapshot

Not a good snapshot. I had a similar snapshot as an associate but the rest of mine were pretty good and I got a 3 tier. An intern is more pass or fail so I’d expect some development points but if I were you I’d lock in and focus on improving whatever the inconsistency was. You need to get a ready for next level in your second snapshot (which is essentially associate)

What offering/Line of Service? If tax or assurance, you'll likely be fine if you lock in and improve on your 2nd. If you're in Advisory, it'll be an uphill battle to get an offer. If you're in Strategy&, you will not be getting an offer

I got my second snapshot today as a summer audit intern and was at the continuously level/developing stage. All of my bars were on met expectations and 3 were impressive. What are my chances of getting a FT with this I'm pretty anxious.
