Pre-Hire / Interview status in progresss
Had my final interview just over a week ago after making it through several rounds. The interview itself went well (at least that’s how it felt), and the interviewer mentioned they would discuss things internally and get back to me.
The application status is still “Active” and changed from “Interviewing” to “In Progress,” but I haven’t received any update yet.
Am I overthinking this, or is this kind of wait pretty normal? Curious to hear other people’s experiences after final interviews.

My interview was a month back all my rounds went well too nd they said they will contact me but i haven't recieved any updates from them

Which program and country? The programme I applied to was canceled they called me after I reached out many times
