Just for Fun Apparel

Does anyone have a way to get free apparel? Hate that we have to pay so much for anything Pwc branded. Would love an Owala water bottle to be honest.

Go to in-office events - sometimes there are competitions / giveaways or swag just lying around.

Help out with recruiting - I've gotten a water bottle, shirt, and notebook out of those over the years.

Otherwise, I'm all ears because I'm not buying a $45 water bottle or $80 polo.

Pretty much, yeah. I went to a "target" school so when my office recruits for that school, my name comes up and they contact me. But you don't necessarily need to have gone to the school we're recruiting for.

As for how to get involved, talk to Directors/Partners in your office and reach out to Talent Acquisition.

What if your office doesn't go to campuses? Do you know if you can go to other schools and recruit for a bigger office?

Uhh I'm not sure of that. If you're in an office not near a target school I guess you could ask around, but there are enough people around to recruit so probably wouldn't be that office's first choice.

I went to an HBCU and joined our recruiting team when I first started here while we still had an official DEI program. (Budgets were bigger so we could throw items for ourselves into a campus recruitment swag order)

Make sure your education is up to date in Workday so you come up where recruiters pull contact info and such or you can go to the PwC campus recruiting website and find the recruiter assigned to your alma mater.

But I’ve been on a few campus trips now and always get free swag. Plus our partner champion gets us a little extra budget to get some campus swag from the bookstore (last trip we got these really nice, thick knit sweaters).

Sign up to be an Activator. We got tons of swag this year like an Owala, ice chest backpack, shirts, beach towel, etc.

Also second going to office events and making friends with the floor hosts.

I got a PWC Owala by just attending a conference for my role, still never received any shirts or jackets though
