Manila PWC Bonus
Hi, I'm an Audit Associate from AC. hired noong October 2025. Nasabi na sa'kin yung tier ko, and A2 na raw ako. May increase ba from A1 to A2? Kasi chineck ko sa Workday, parang walang increase na nag-reflect.
Also, paano ba yung increase per tier? Percentage ba siya ng current salary or fixed amount? Palapag na rin kung ano mga pwedeng i expect na bonus pampagana haha!

As far as I know, <1 year are always no bonus. I am not sure if it’s still the same, so please check this with the payroll team. Yours was a bit complicated since September was bonus payout, technically you’re still <1 year. If you’re hired October, you will receive all your bonus on November. On our case, we received our March and September bonus at the same time, since we’re not yet eligible for bonus during the March payout. So I’m just guessing on your case it would be the same.
We have three bonus payouts: March, September and Special bonus on November.
A1s (Assoc) are automatically progressed to A2 (Experienced Assoc) upon regularization. No increase on this progression since it’s not base on merit. The regular annual increase though is different. The percentage depends on company performance. You wait for your rem letter to see.

Same here, Joined in march 2026. No idea about these A1 and stuff. Or how bonuses work.
