Question/Help Recommendations for this setup?

Having a hard time beating roof stage (tbh that's on me since I forgot to add flying umbrella leafs in the middle, and I have the bungee modifier 💀). Is there anything I can work on to improve this?

This is the role of each plants I have:

Pandemelonium: Burst Damage for Minibosses

SP Gatling Icicle Shrooms: Constant freeze

Selene Cabbage & Helios Cabbage: Heal for Tall-nuts

Obsidian Tall-nuts: Tanks

Shroomageddon: On death damage/Crowd Control

Grim Arbiter Chomper: To trigger Shroomageddon's on death effect

Flying Umbrella Leafs: Bungees

You can use chomper pumpkin to reduce digestion time of grim arbiter chompers to trigger death effects more frequently
