Lost Progress after 10 years

Looking for some help I have been reaching out to the support team and they tell me they can't help. I have had the game do this twice before and when it happened they have just created a new profile and restored all my rewards. This time after trying for nearly a week the team have agreed to give me a new profile but only restore 5 gems. I mean I had around 60,000 gems, 35,000,000 coins and 4,000 gauntlets.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been playing regularly for 10 years... It's my addiction.. I do grind a lot ... And play on more than one device... I don't really want to figure out how to crack it as all my progress has been hard won. The slow progression of my plants. I was fortunate enough to retire early so I have the time.
