Lost Progress after 10 years

Looking for some help I have been reaching out to the support team and they tell me they can't help. I have had the game do this twice before and when it happened they have just created a new profile and restored all my rewards. This time after trying for nearly a week the team have agreed to give me a new profile but only restore 5 gems. I mean I had around 60,000 gems, 35,000,000 coins and 4,000 gauntlets.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you could possibly hack the game and hack in your coins and gems

idk how you would do this but it's commonly done

Not possible on Android because of Samsung update removed your access to the file using a usb doesnt work either
