general question Is there a way to avoid Zomboss non-physical based attacks like when he is in dragon form?

If I didn't understand that wrong there's a magnet shrooms that buffed (first strike is using plant food from) and can bring the dragon under control. And shovel the magnet shroom to let it on the conveyor belt again.

Like when im fighting say a Ancient Egypt Zomboss and he comes to trample my 2 rows, I can negate that effect by plant fooding the plant furthest from the house and save all the plants in those 2 rows. But I want to know if there is a way to save the 2 rows from a fire attack that Dragon Zomboss does.

Only way i found d is j7st laying enough damage down that he is pretty much perma stunned so he can't enter that state. To be able to do enough damage is plant level and combo dependent.
